Promoting Peace for Development.

Building Hope, Strengthening Futures

Transforming Lives Through Peace and Knowledge.

Welcome to the JosephMaren Peace Foundation

The Josephmaren Peace Foundation is a nonprofit organization with a mission to promote an innovative, values-based approach to Peacebuilding and Counselling guided by the belief that God is the ultimate in addressing the problems of mankind. Founded in 2008 by Joseph Maren Sampson as Reconciliation Trainers Africa (RETA), the organization originally was involved in peace and reconciliation activities. We are working in communities on conflict prevention, community peacebuilding and peace advocacy.

We work to help divided communities to explore and better understand community initiatives for peace and how to tolerate each other and embrace values for peaceful co-existence. We work to promote peaceful communities through training, advocacy, dialogue, education, documentation etc.
